Operations Director
Tyson Hart is the Director of Operations with eight years of experience in the behavioral health field. He began his career in substance use disorder treatment, where he was trained in operations while working in direct care and leadership roles. Through this experience, Tyson developed a strong foundation in program operations and client care.
He later moved on to work with a company in Santa Barbara, where he served in both Operations and Program Director roles. Most recently, Tyson worked as a Program Director at an eating disorder treatment facility, continuing to expand his expertise in behavioral health program management and operational leadership.
What Tyson values most about working in mental health is witnessing the transformation in clients from the moment they enter treatment to the point where they leave with the tools and confidence to move forward in their lives. Seeing that growth and knowing the role treatment plays in helping individuals rebuild their lives is one of the most rewarding parts of his work.
Throughout his career, Tyson has developed a strong understanding of how to successfully operate behavioral health programs while maintaining a client-centered approach that supports meaningful and lasting recovery.
Tyson grew up on the beaches of Oxnard, California, where he spent much of his time on the beach and outdoors surfing and skateboarding. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his kids and family.
