Care for professionals
Running a company, leading a team, or carrying significant public or financial responsibility comes with a specific kind of pressure. Executives, founders, and other high-performing professionals often push through anxiety, depression, burnout, or substance use for years before seeking help — not because the symptoms aren’t real, but because the cost of stepping away, or of being seen to need help, can feel too high.
At Elevation Behavioral Health, we understand that leadership roles come with unique stressors: constant decision-making, public visibility, blurred boundaries between work and personal life, and a culture that often equates asking for help with weakness. Our program is built to meet high-performing clients where they are, with care that’s both clinically rigorous and respectful of what’s at stake professionally and personally.

The Right Treatment For You
One of the biggest barriers to treatment for executives is the fear of what happens to the business, the team, or the family while they’re gone. Our admissions team works with clients ahead of arrival to think through practical logistics, and our clinical team builds a transition plan for the return to work, so that stepping away for treatment doesn’t mean stepping away from everything at once — it means stepping back in with more stability than before.
Before transitioning to outpatient care, individuals undergo comprehensive assessments to evaluate their progress, strengths, and ongoing needs. A collaborative treatment plan is then developed, outlining goals, strategies, and appropriate levels of support for the transition.
Effective communication and coordination between residential and outpatient treatment teams are essential to ensure a seamless transition. This includes sharing relevant clinical information, treatment recommendations, and establishing clear lines of communication to support ongoing collaboration and support.
As individuals transition to outpatient care, the level of support gradually decreases to promote increased independence and self-reliance. This may involve reducing the frequency of therapy sessions, group meetings, or other structured activities, while encouraging individuals to apply learned skills in real-world settings.
Engaging in community-based resources and support networks plays a crucial role in the step-down process. Encouraging participation in peer support groups, educational workshops, and recreational activities helps individuals establish meaningful connections and reinforce their sense of belonging and purpose outside of treatment.
We unfortunately do not accept Medi-Cal, Medicaid, IEHP, or HMO plans at this time.
