Program Director

Michele Clark, M.A., LMFT

Michele Clark is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and reclaim their sense of self. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Southern California (USC), completed her Certification in Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counseling at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and received her Master of Clinical Psychology with a Trauma Specialization from Antioch University, Los Angeles (AULA). With more than a decade of experience, Michele has worked with adults from diverse backgrounds navigating trauma-related disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. She approaches therapy through a trauma-informed lens, tailoring each session to the individual and drawing from evidence-based modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and attachment theory. Michele’s therapeutic philosophy is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and the belief that profound healing often begins not with fixing, but with bearing witness. She understands the transformative power of presence, creating a safe and collaborative space where clients feel supported to explore their inner world, release what no longer serves them, and cultivate resilience, balance, and self-compassion.
