I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with a specialization in trauma and a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families heal and grow. Throughout my experience, I have worked with a wide range of populations, supporting clients navigating eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and complex life challenges.
I have a particular fascination with family therapy and view healing through a systems lens. My approach is eclectic and integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and CFT (Compassion-Focused Therapy). At the heart of my work is compassion—I strive to create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered in their journey.
As a holistic therapist, I believe in honoring the mind-body connection and supporting the whole person. Whether we’re working through trauma, building coping tools, or strengthening relationships, my goal is to help clients cultivate resilience, compassion, and lasting change.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy hiking, meditating at the beach, savoring lavender ice cream, and watching a good horror film.
