Chef
Hi, my name is Jamie Woodruff. I’ve spent most of my life in the kitchen, and cooking has always been a huge part of who I am. It’s not just a skill for me—it’s something I genuinely love and take pride in, especially being able to create meals that people truly enjoy.
My journey into mental healthcare comes from a deep appreciation for advocacy and the people who dedicate their lives to helping others. I’ve always respected the field, and being able to contribute—especially in a way that supports comfort, stability, and care through food—means a lot to me.
While I’m continuing to grow in this field, what I already love most is knowing that even something as simple as a good meal can positively impact someone’s day. Food can be grounding, comforting, and even healing, and I’m proud to play a role in that.
In my life, I wear many roles. I’m a professional, a creative, a friend, and a family-oriented person. Outside of work, I’m very hands-on and artistic—I enjoy playing guitar, sewing, and anything that lets me be creative. I also really value spending time with family and friends, and I’m always looking for new hobbies and skills to explore.
