Greg Rigali

Greg Rigali has been working with adolescents and adults in dual diagnosis and mental health treatment since 2016. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ashford University and a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona, where he graduated summa cum laude. He is currently earning a Master of Social Work at Alliant International University.

Greg underscores a person-centered philosophy that provides a nonjudgmental, therapeutic setting for self-exploration and self-determination. He draws from relational theory to help others reflect on their internal patterns of relating, external relationships, and connection with their sociocultural environment. In addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Greg is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based treatment for trauma-related disorders.

Greg believes that everyone is capable of self-actualization. In his free time, you can find Greg running, traveling, perusing museums, or spending with his family and friends.
